About Us

A historic firehouse. Room to gather.

Firehouse Concepts brings people together at 2737 W Diversey Avenue in Chicago’s Logan Square/Avondale neighborhood.

Inside a historic firehouse, our lounge and event space offers a welcoming setting for meetings, dinner parties, cooking classes, photoshoots, and private gatherings. An open layout, chef’s kitchen, oversized island, and comfortable lounge seating give the space flexibility for different occasions.

For longer stays, our furnished one-bedroom apartment offers a place to settle into the neighborhood.

Explore the spaces here, then visit Peerspace for lounge bookings or Furnished Finder for apartment availability and inquiries. Video tours are available by request.
